Arjun Anand, student of class 4 in JSS Public School, Bangalore has just achieved a percentile score of 99.22 in the 5th International English Olympiad 2014-2015! He scored 37 on 40 while the class / state and international average ranged between 22 – 26. This is his second achievement after winning 1st place in the National Science Olympiad in November 2014.
So how did Arjun prepare?
“Arjun loves reading General Knowledge journals, encyclopedias and Enid Blyton in his spare time. Credit had to be given to Arjun and his English teachers in school.He also grasps the concepts taught in school quickly. That was pretty much his preparation!”, says Vidya his mother.
